Fairy post and doll's houses
The size comes into its own around Christmas and in children's rooms. Tiny letters from elves, fairies or the tooth fairy need envelopes of exactly this size, and so do letters in doll's houses and miniature models. C10 has nothing to do with the post, it is far too small.
